Hello! My name is Melissa. I spent most of my life and currently live in Knoxville, TN. My wonderful new husband Brad, has supported me so much to help encourage me to persue my dream of starting my business. He is sooo great! (((I LOVE YOU BRAD!!))) We have a 2yr old yellow lab we rescued named Max and a new rescued german shepard/boxer mix named Star. Some of my hobbies (other than the obvious) are camping in the beautiful Smokey Mtns. in my backyard, reading, boating and all the fun sports that go with it, just sitting outside, writing fiction and poetry, theatre, spending time with my family, MUSIC, and playing with my sweet but hyper yellow lab max!! I am so thankful for all that I have been blessed with in my life and to be surrounded by such strong and happy people! I hope to someday have the time and money to travel around the country or even the world to see all of the great wonders and beauties that we have been so privelaged to share with our great mother earth!

I have been selling on Ebay since 2003. I wanted to expand a little, so I decided to branch out and open my web site.  I have been making hemp jewelry since I was twelve.  I began sewing my own patchwork clothing about five years ago.  It started with purses for me and some for my friends.  Soon many more people were asking if I would make them one, so I began to sell them.  After my first experience on "the lot" before I went to my first Widespread Panic show in '00 I fell in love with the patchwork clothing that everyone was wearing.  As soon as I got home, I started to make patterns.  Soon the complements began to come and so did requests!  I took my creations to Ebay and have been there ever since. 

 My creativity is inspired by the beauty of nature and music.  Thank you to all who support independent artists like me! It really means a lot to me when people are so happy about receiving their item, and I love to see people happy by something I have created! 

Quality:  All of my work is one of a kind, and you will never find a duplicate! I do make many of my own patterns. Most of the fabrics I use are cotton callicos.  I make my clothing extra durable.  I make sure all open seams are finished (serged) so that there will be no freying.  All hems are double folded and double stitched to prevent them from coming undone.  All of the fabrics are pre-washed to prevent shrinking and bleeding.  All appliques are heat bonded and ziz-zag stitched to keep them in place.  All jewelry products are made as if I was the one who would wear them.  They are made to last and to endure everyday wear, not just something you put on when you are going out! I only use 100% natural hemp. All of the candle products I make are made using soy or parafin waxes and the wicks are always lead free! All of my soaps are made using natural ingredients! I put a lot of time and energy into all of my pieces to ensure you that you are getting a quality product that will last you many moons!


I try to ensure that every is completely happy with their items. I try hard to make every item and order perfect, but I am only human and can make mistakes.  If you do recieve an item and found something majorly wrong with it, please contact me and we can figure out what can be done.  I make trips to the post office on Mondays and Thursdays. I ship the items after I recieve the payment. I check my site daily and I will try to post at least five items a week.  Since it is the Summer, I can devote all of my time to this, but when school starts back up again, things will move a little bit slower.  I do check my e-mail daily, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
